invented by Dr. Myron Kruege who invented the notion of
"videoplace" and reexpressed by Jarrow Lanier
who was the president of VPL Research company, USA in 1989
as a "virtual reality". That is to say, virtual
reality means getting into the computer model which makes
it look like real by using visual sensation, hearing, tactile
sensation, and so on. There you can experience defined world
and communicate as a conversational way. Virtual reality
is an important technology that can be adapted to every
field of human's activity such as industry, education, training,
entertaining, internet application, and etc. It will have
huge influence to economy, society, culture, and will be
forecasted to produce huge added value.
Many advanced countries such as USA, UK, Japan, are
trying to develope this area because they think it will
be the 21st century's core technology. So we need a national-wide
